Learn all about “Cape Dutch” cuisine with a native South African chef.  Known for creative preparations of meats, preserves, pickling, fermentation, slow cooking and dried produce, South African cuisine combines curries, spices and simple ingredients to craft unique flavor combinations. Learn to make the classic dish, Bobotie with Turmeric Rice, and the ever popular Malya Pudding. Come hungry, you’ll get to taste everything you learn to make in this demonstration-based class.
