"Shades of Hip Hop" explores the diverse cultural elements that have led to the creation and development of Hip Hop. Audiences will learn about the 5 basic elements of Hip Hop, its influences from African and Social Dance, James Brown's unique impact, and the ways in which Hip Hop is used to encourage awareness for social and political change.
