Weekly on Tuesdays, choose from watercolor (6/19), mixed media (6/26), cyanotype (7/3), henna (7/10), oil painting (7/17), art journal (7/24), textile design (7/31), dream catchers (8/7), cyanotype photo production (7/14). Tags and Bags: Create Your Own Art Journals
Are you a collector of all kinds of wonderful ephemera (bits and pieces of interesting, cast off items)? Looking for a great way to use these bits in your art? We will up-cycle paper bags and shipping tags to create unique art journals. Using collage and mixed media, students will let their imagination soar as they explore their creativity with artist Judith Cassel -Mamet. All materials will be provided but students may wish to bring a small pile of their ephemera (ticket stubs, photos, maps, etc.). Instructor: Judith Cassel-Mamet.
