Knife Skills

Join Private Chef Tim Egelhoff in the kitchen where he shares techniques, tricks and habits of knife skills in the kitchen. The group works on preparing lunch, dicing and chopping up the ingredients for an appetizer strudel, a Chinese chicken salad, and a market fruit dessert. Tim guides you in knife choices, hand positioning, and a variety of knife cuts for food preparation that “every cook should know” – skills that enhance your meal preparation ability and confidence.
