Instructor Elizabeth Lamphere leads the class in making samsosas, a fried Indian dish, step-by-step from scratch. Make the samosa pastry shell, mix up the savory filling, fill and form into samosa “pockets”, and then deep fry the entire pastry for a traditional Indian meal. Elizabeth then teaches the recipes for two accompanying sauces, cilantro mint chutney and traditional raita, making a finished dish that is perfect for a party a homemade family meal.
