Let’s make a barrel of wine! Join local professional chef and home winemaker Tim Egelhoff for a series of wine making and tasting classes. Participants craft a batch of Cabernet Sauvignon from juice to finished bottle. At each class, participants also learn and discuss the basics of wine tasting while sampling small-bite appetizers prepared by Chef Tim. Each participant takes home a few bottles of the finished wine. Instructor: Tim Egelhoff.
