 Settle the question of what to do with all the different cuts of meat you have, now that hunting season is over. Explore the various tastes in wild game, and the steps you need to take to achieve them. Learn recipes for steaks and medallions, but also delicious ways to prepare roasts and ground meat. Offered in partnership with Western State Colorado University’s Extended Studies Program. Instructor: Private Chef Tim Egelhoff.
