Show some flair in your romantic dinner for two! Learn to make French-inspired dishes: court-bouillon poached oysters with a classic mignonette; and New York strip with glace-di viande and pomme-frites. This demonstration style class will give you all the skills and techniques to replicate the meal at home, but COME HUNGRY, because students will also get to eat everything made in class.
In addition to eating the food you'll learn to make, students 21+ will also get to drink the wines you will learn to cook with.
