Meet at Alpenglow at 4:30 pm to learn materials preparation for painting live. Stay to enjoy the Wood Brothers play, while watching Bukaty's live painting demo. He walks the group through his process step-by-step, explaining how he captures the musicians while they play, teaching tips and tricks along the way.
Tues, Aug 1 at Quebe Sisters
Meet at 6:30 p.m. for a 1.5 hour class on painting live. At 8 pm the show begins, and Bukaty gives each participant individual guidance while you capture the singin,’ swingin,’ triple-fiddle-playin’ songbirds from Texas on your canvas. Tickets to the show are included in your class fee ($35 value).
Thurs, Aug 3 at Anders Osborne
Class participants may purchase a discounted $30 ticket to watch Anders Osborne perform, while John paints him live. OR, use your new live painting skills to paint alongside Bukaty at the event, and your admission to the show is free! ($50 value).
$150 includes your painting supplies, tickets to Quebe Sisters, and instruction from live painting artist, John Bukaty.
