Celebrating its 47th Anniversary Season, the internationally-renowned Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble presents two intriguing new works - "Bamboula: Musicians' Brew" by Millicent Johnnie, exploring the profound parallels between the masking traditions of New Orleans and Capetown, South Africa - and "MictlanRx" by Jairo Heli which explores the struggles of the Afro-Mestizo culture of Mexico to withstand the onslaught of the 21st century world.
